Logarithm
The logarithm is the mathematical operation that is the inverse of exponentiation, or raising a number (the base) to a power. The logarithm of a number x in base b is the number n such that bn = x. It is usually written as logb x = n. Logarithm is a power to which a base, [actually 10] must be raised to produce a given number.
